Adult Day Care
Access Care offers a luxury adult day care experience, setting ourselves apart by catering to various cultures and languages, including Arabic, Spanish, Russian, and English. We assist with medications, bills, appointments, and provide daily activities to maintain health. Regular field trips add excitement, and our program helps individuals stay at home rather than in a nursing facility. Our caring staff ensures personalized care for each client, focused on enhancing their quality of life.

Attendant Care
Our members rely on their caregivers to help them around their homes. Each member is paired with the best caregiver to accommodate their needs.

Respite Care
Access Care provides dedicated respite care services that offer short-term relief for caregivers while ensuring the safety, comfort, and continued care in the home. Respite allows the caregiver to recharge, enjoy a vacation, or attend their medical appointments without a lapse in care.

Case Management
Access Care is proud to offer HCB Waiver Case Management Services to waiver participants state-wide.
We have a team who are majority bilingual, and also accommodate other languages to ensure this is not a barrier for participants requesting our services.
Languages we speak—English, Spanish, Arabic, Russian, Turkish, Swahili, French, Lingala, Burmese, and Italian.
We pride ourselves on maintaining strong professional relationships with Direct Service Providers around the state to foster the best care possible for our participants. As a Case Management participant with Access Care you can be rest easy knowing that you will always have an advocate and partner when navigating waiver services. We work diligently to ensure you get the care you deserve.

Transportation
Access Care provides transportation services to Medicaid recipients. Each vehicle is equipped with lifts to aid participants with wheelchairs, and our qualified nursing staff assists patients entering and exiting our vehicles.
Our clients are our priority. Every driver is highly qualified and routinely tested to make sure transportation services are being soundly performed. Drivers transport clients to and from our day center, as well as taking them to scheduled doctor’s appointments.
