Access Care offers a luxury adult day care experience. We differentiate ourselves from other day centers by providing services catered to various cultures and languages. We are the melting pot of Louisville, offering programs in Arabic, Spanish, Russian, and English. Participants receive help taking medications, paying bills, scheduling, and going to and from doctor’s appointments, while also receiving daily, stimulating activities to help maintain their health. We are also proud to offer regular field trips for our clients, bringing them to various, exiting locations throughout the year.
Our program allows individuals to continue to live at home and avoid being placed in a nursing facility. Our staff care for our clients as we would our own family and ensure they receive the best care possible. Our primary goal is to elongate and improve the quality of life of everyone that walks through our door. We work through a personalized care plan for each individual to ensure we are meeting their daily needs.
